Since gcc-16 now also offers TLS support on Windows and many of the threading issues that regularly occurred with Mingw-w64-based toolchains have disappeared with Mingw-w64 (although -v15 hasn't been released yet, the commits are already in the master branch). Is anyone considering using a pthread implenentation via winpthreads for Mingw-w64 and OpenBLAS?
