Reproduce on macOS 27 with the app enabled under Accessibility, and check whether the permission is actually held at the moment text is inserted, and whether the global hotkey listener ever sees the Fn key. The reporter says typeless works with the same permissions, so compare which system path the project uses for insertion (accessibility element vs. pasteboard) and for Fn (modifier flag changes vs. a regular key tap). There are no comments, assignees or linked pull requests, so the first step is confirming the failure and narrowing it to one of those two paths. Done means text lands at the cursor and Fn starts recording without extra setup.

辅助功能添加了 openless，并且尝试删除再重新添加，重启 APP，依然无法获取输入焦点并自动输入上屏文字。
另一个问题是无法使用 Fn 键作为语音录制快捷键

文字无法上屏，Fn 键无法使用，只弹出了这个框，但无法自动输入任何文字，每次都要粘贴。
建议接受标准
当前系统使用 typeless 没有任何问题，并且不会污染剪贴板，文字也能够正常输入并上屏，Fn 键也能够正常使用。
typeless 无需任何设置即可使用 Fn 键作为语音输入的快捷键
并且无需任何设置即可文字输入插入到光标位置，辅助功能进行了同样的设置：

所以并不是系统权限问题，typeless 能做到，就不是系统权限或者第三方无法做到外接键盘使用 Fn 的问题。
