描述
User Story
I use Openshell to sandbox execution of OpenCode harness on local machine.
I configure some providers to access gitlab and LiteLLM.
I've tried to delete an existing provider profile to recreate it and I got an error.
I have to uninstall OpenShell to delete the profile
Problem Statement
Trying to delete a previously created provider profile, I got an error stating that the profile does not exist.
$ openshell profile import -f profiles/litellm2.yaml --global
Imported 1 provider profile.
$ openshell profile list

Impact / Why This Matters
When this happens I have to uninstall Openshell completely.
This matter because it is cumbersome to uninstall OpenShell just to remove a provider profile.
Acceptance Criteria
The profile if correctly deleted.
