Start by reading the repository’s Docker image build and publish configuration to see how DockerHub tags are currently generated; the issue does not name the relevant files. Update the release tagging so each release gets its own image tag and latest points to that release. Done means DockerHub shows a tag for each release while retaining the updated latest tag.

描述
The Docker container published on DockerHub only has the "latest" tag and a handful of other tags, but no tags for each release.
This forces people to pin to the latest tag which is considered bad practice and makes rollbacks impossible to roll back in case of issues.
The image should be tagged individually at each release and the latest tag should point to the new release.
