Start by comparing the keyboard layout in versions 4.2.8 and 4.2.9, with the number row enabled, and inspect the layout changes introduced around beta-429-6. Check the numpad and text editing layouts on Android, using the reported TECNO POVA 5 on Android 14 if available. Done means the top gap is gone and the numpad returns to its expected size.

The numpad is smaller because of top gap.
To Reproduce
Just update fron 4.2.8 to 4.2.9 and enable number row.
Expected behavior
The numpad should bigger like normal.
