描述
The COSMO part of the NWChem Theory Details dialog (scripts/codereg/nedtheory.py) gives the dielectric constant the unit "Debye", both on the Dielectric Constant field and in the solvent choices ("Water: 78.4 Debye", ...). The relative permittivity has no unit; Debye is the unit of a dipole moment.
The solvent strings are stored in saved calculations and restored with SetStringSelection, so renaming them needs a mapping from the old strings (otherwise an old calculation with methanol shows Water next to its saved 33.0). The unit on the field is display only.
The retired G03/G09 dialogs (ged03theory.py, ged09theory.py) have the same unit; ged16theory.py does not.
