Start by reproducing the first-click failure on the reported Windows 11 setup and compare behavior at 100% scale with the working Latitude setup. Read the Windows focus fixes in #254–#256, which are present in 9.2.2, and trace the button or menu interaction that opens a dialog. Done means identifying and correcting the cause so the first click opens the dialog reliably.

描述
Seen on 9.2.2, Windows 11, Dell OptiPlex 7070 (university-managed, large display; scale not yet known). On a managed Latitude 7410 at 100 % scale ECCE looks and works fine, so scaling and the managed setup are both candidates.
Opening a dialog regularly needs a second click; the first shows nothing at all (no busy cursor). The Windows focus fixes of #254-#256 are in 9.2.2.
