[Feature request] Add option to "forbid until sold" to stockpile.

Read the stockpile option handling and the existing automatic forbid and depot behaviors mentioned in the issue to find where those options are implemented. Work out how the combined behavior should allow items to be sold while keeping them forbidden for common use; done means the new option supports both behaviors together. The issue names no files or tests, so first locate the stockpile code and its relevant tests.

Sometimes you want certain object to be forbidden for common use, but also available to be sold.
Stockpiles already have the option to automatically forbid and to automatically send to depot . Having an option to do both ( obviously unforbidding beforehand ) would be helpful.
