Description
After I finish a recording, the microphone stays active. The macOS mic indicator keeps showing that it's in use until I open Cap and quit it manually. Only then is the microphone released.
Expected behavior: Cap should release the microphone as soon as the recording is stopped.
Note: I have Krisp (notetaker) installed on my MacBook, but Cap is in Krisp's excluded apps list, so Krisp should not be capturing or transcribing anything during Cap recordings.
Reproduction
- Open Cap and start a recording with the microphone enabled.
- Stop the recording.
- Notice the macOS microphone indicator stays active.
- Open Cap and quit the app.
- The microphone indicator turns off.
