The warning comes from the unique call at SALib/util at line 274, which is reached from the tests in climada/engine/unsequa/test/test_unsequa.py and climada/test/test_engine.py. Start by finding which argument is passed to unique and where it originates in those tests. Done means the FutureWarning no longer appears when those test modules run, and the fix is kept upstream if the cause is in SALib.
