In PR https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/pull/1502 two operations were removed from backupManagement.json and put into their own swagger jobs.json so that they could user a newer API version. While this is a breaking change within this API version it is not from an SDK perspective as the functionality is still present.
