Research direction

Start by inspecting the Ubuntu libzmq3-dev package contents and this project's CMake installation configuration, comparing them with a local build. Confirm which CMake package configuration files are expected, then verify that the packaged installation exposes them consistently with a built installation.

Description

Not sure if right place to make an issue; still, from what I could search the package you're supposed to install for this in Ubuntu and similar is libzmq3-dev, which includes zmq and zmqcpp, but for some reason it doesn't include this project's CMake configs to be able to include it as a package, while building it makes it include those properly.
