Research direction

Start in tests/test_workflow_concurrency.py and inspect how it currently checks benchmark-diff.yml; then review the scheduled workflows under .github/workflows/, especially external-links.yml and traction-live.yml. Add coverage for the required permissions, concurrency, and timeout-minutes keys, including contents: read as the widest default. Done when removing any required key from a scheduled workflow makes the test fail.

Description

ci enhancement testing

Where: tests/test_workflow_concurrency.py, .github/workflows/.

Current gap: Only benchmark-diff.yml has a test of its concurrency group; the scheduled external-links.yml and traction-live.yml rely on review to keep permissions, concurrency and timeout-minutes.

Suggested approach: Parse every workflow with a schedule trigger and assert those three keys are present, with contents: read as the widest default.

Done when: removing any of the keys from a scheduled workflow fails the test.
