Description

Many people didn't correctly realize what this utility was and how to use it. Specific docs should be created explaining what it is, how it works (creation from JSON), and setting the origin from Alliance. The last point specifically as many people had issues with figuring that out and wondering why pose estimation was giving them very random pose estimations.
