Description
WebARKit Studio is a node-based WebAR authoring tool:
- a Rete.js editor writes a JSON graph;
- a player runs it with a tracker (JsartoolkitNFT today) and a renderer (Three.js or Babylon.js);
- the graph can be exported as a standalone app.
This issue tracks the phases. Each phase has its own issue with the detailed tasks.
Phase 1: Foundation (done in the prototype)
- Graph format with validation; Rete editor with typed sockets; runtime and standalone player
- JsartoolkitNFT controller in a Web Worker (SIMD and standard builds), multi NFT, per-marker filters and events
- Three.js and Babylon.js behind one renderer adapter; Scene, AR Camera, Light, Primitive, Anchor nodes
- Live params, Reload, Inspector and Stats nodes
- Export as a standalone app bundle, containing only the engines and builds the graph uses
- Tests (unit, integration on the Node build, e2e with a fake camera), benchmarks, CI
