Goal
Connect vote controls to the existing community and question vote APIs.
Acceptance criteria
- Send the correct target type, target ID, and -1/0/1 value for each supported content type.
- Use returned score and viewer vote as the authoritative state.
- Serialize or reconcile rapid changes so an older response cannot overwrite a newer vote.
- Restore the previous state on rejection and prompt for sign-in when needed.
- Test vote toggling, removal, rejected self-votes where applicable, and reordered responses.
