Research direction

Start by locating attributes.tsv and checking how its attribute_group values are used in the export’s \b<group>\b matching. Correct the listed typo, missing groups, trailing semicolon, and mixed case, then verify the affected rows match their intended groups and no longer contain those inconsistencies.

Description

Point 4 of #264, which #279 closes without doing it:

  • both extreme environemnt and extreme environment appear as attribute_group
  • 56 rows have no attribute_group
  • mutation rate per site per year; has a trailing semicolon
  • Butyrate-Producing Bacteria;butyrate producing mixes case

The export matches values to groups with \b<group>\b on attribute_group, so the typo and the missing groups leave those attributes unmatched.
