Research direction

The work is a new package template for the somewm Wayland compositor, which the issue says builds from source with Meson, so the template goes under srcpkgs/somewm/ in this repository. Start from the packaging guide and an existing Meson-based template, then fill in the source URL, checksum, license and dependencies, since the issue leaves the version and license unstated. Done when the package builds with xbps-src and passes the repository's lint checks.
