The failure comes from the extension's wasm build calling chmod +x on the jdtls proxy binary without declaring a process:exec capability; the trace names zed_java binary_path in the proxy module and the extension manifest. Start by reading the extension.toml capabilities section and the binary_path code path that calls make_file_executable. Done when the manifest lists the needed process:exec capability (or the call is removed) and installing the extension succeeds without that error.
