The token expiry is set during xtool auth login and xtool setup, so start in the auth code path that stores the login token and its expiry. Reproduce by logging in twice and printing the stored expiry; the first login is fine and later ones are not. Done means a second login yields a future expiry and xtool dev no longer stalls at [Connecting] 100%. The issue references #305 and reports a device-side timeout, so check that thread first.

Description

xtool auth login returns a token with an expiry set to the current time, after first cert.

Similar to #305, first cert on an account works correctly. Subsequently, running xtool setup (or xtool auth login), the login process completes successfully, but the token expiry is listed as the exact same time the command is run (effectively expired immediately). Consequently, running xtool dev after this hangs at [Connecting] 100%.
