Start at src/CppAst.CodeGen/CSharp/Plugins/DefaultTypeConverter.cs:177 and reproduce the typedef-based fixed buffer from the issue. Compare the generated C# declaration with the shown incorrect output and trace how the typedef is converted inside the buffer. Done means the example generates a valid fixed-buffer declaration without the incorrect IEquatable element type.
