Mô tả

Summary

The AI Workspace "Add LLM Provider" form gives no inline validation error for its empty required fields. With Name or Upstream URL empty, Add Provider is silently disabled — no field is marked invalid and nothing tells the user what is missing.

Steps to reproduce

AI Workspace → LLM Providers → Add New Provider → Azure OpenAI. Click into Name and Upstream URL, leave both empty, and press Add Provider. Nothing happens and no error is shown.

Expected

Inline validation errors on the empty required fields (Name, Upstream URL), and nothing is created (scenario sheet AIW-LLM, AIW-PRV-002).

Notes

  • The same form already shows inline errors for Version ("Version must match v."), and the create-proxy form explains its disabled button with tooltips ("Enter a name for the proxy."), so the provider form is inconsistent with both.
  • ServiceProviderNew.tsx gates the button on isFormValid without surfacing per-field errors for Name and Upstream URL.
  • The API side is fine: an incomplete create is rejected with 400 VALIDATION_FAILED.
  • Automated (excluded as @known-issue until fixed): tests/framework/suites/ui/features/aiw_llm/provider_creation.feature.
