Start at src/toM3U8.js around line 206 and trace how AdaptationSet children are converted. Run the parser with the supplied AdaptationSet and inspect whether Accessibility entries are intentionally filtered. Done means the relevant Accessibility values are retained in the generated output, with existing behavior preserved for other AdaptationSet values.

It looks like the parser is not including certain values. For example, in this AdaptationSet, we are completely dropping the Accessibility tag

I believe its tied to the toM3U8 - https://github.com/videojs/mpd-parser/blob/bb89da6c3c643f719f5ff3305aed14f1eb4cc5d3/src/toM3u8.js#L206. Was there a particular reason for dropping these values?
