No files or tests are named. Start by locating the field collection logic and the field class attributes used when pulling all fields; determine how the hidden='true' value is represented. Done means callers can exclude hidden fields when retrieving all fields, or can access that option through the field class, with behavior covered by an appropriate test.

When you look at the fields we see there's an attribute of hidden='true'

It might be useful to be able to exclude these fields when pulling all fields or at least add that as part of the field class attributes.

I'd mark this as enhancement but don't see the ability to label myself. I'll see if I can include in a new PR in the near future.
