Steps to reproduce
  1. Download the official Windows Supabase CLI v2.122.0 release.
  2. Verify its checksum (passed in the affected environment).
  3. Attempt to execute it with Smart App Control enforced.
  4. Observe error 4551 and Code Integrity event 3077 under policy VerifiedAndReputableDesktop.

No security bypass was attempted. I cannot confirm whether this occurs on every Smart App Control-enabled machine.
