Start by reproducing the flow described: open an existing dive profile, edit it in the planner, add a planner point, and try entering a runtime earlier than the latest point. Trace the planner entry points involved in adding and ordering points; done means a newly added point is placed according to its entered runtime and an earlier runtime can be entered in the profile.

Description
Problem: When we add a dive planner point, it always goes to the bottom of the list. Some times we need to pan a dive based on a previous profile and we need to add a dive planner point e.g. in the middle of the profile. Right now we cannot do that
Steps for reproducing the limitation:
- Open the profile of an existing dive
- Edit dive in planner
- Add a dive planner point
- Try changing the runtime to an earlier time from latest one (you can't)
