What did you do?
I was editing a project with the app, when I tried to create a new table. I created two columns, and made one of them a primary key by clicking the PK checkbox. Then I tried to check the PK checkbox for the second column, at which point the app froze.
What did you expect to see?
I had expected that the second column would be added to the primary key constraint at the end of the CREATE TABLE sql snippet at the bottom.
What did you see instead?
The app froze. Forced closed for brevity in video.

Further experiments found that the composite key can be added successfully in the Index Constraints tab - this seems to be an issue specifically with the checkboxes.

Relevant log output
No additions to SQL Log pane at time of freeze, and no new lines were written to WinDbg at time of freeze or after (DB4S becomes entirely unresponsive when run through WinDbg and the window cannot be forced to crash except by stopping the debugging session)
