Hello,

Please add an option to exclude repositories based on their size. The statistics option should provide the repository size:
https://docs.gitlab.com/api/projects/#list-all-projects

It would be nice if other options could be passed too:
https://github.com/jdalrymple/gitbeaker/blob/1724338a8b2bb195a0e90868fa35ef37d29f8ae3/packages/core/src/resources/Projects.ts#L192

I need the minAccessLevel too.
