Read the podspec message and the documentation sections describing skipped postinstall scripts. Update them to explain the pnpm 10 workaround using pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies and pnpm rebuild, and add the bun pm trust command. Check that the instructions distinguish pnpm 10 from pnpm 11+ and cover Bun; an open pull request #1626 is already linked to this issue.

The skipped-postinstall fix in the podspec message and docs: pnpm approve-builds react-native-executorch ignores the package and opens a picker on pnpm 10 (10.13.1, 10.34.9); works on pnpm 11+. Non-interactive pnpm 10: pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies + pnpm rebuild react-native-executorch. bun also skips the hook and isn't mentioned; bun pm trust react-native-executorch works.
