Bắt đầu từ tài liệu kho mô tả các hook pre_tool_call / post_tool_call (và before_reasoning / after_reasoning) trong DSL/compiler của agent, cùng bất kỳ thư mục examples/ hay thư mục script mẫu nào. Thêm một ghi chú tài liệu ngắn (tùy chọn một script mẫu) minh họa một cổng có ký kết có/không phía host của AffixIO bên trong pre_tool_call trước khi một công cụ đặc quyền chạy, và một xác nhận (attestation) tùy chọn trong post_tool_call. Xem là hoàn tất khi trang tài liệu hiển thị ví dụ kèm các lệnh cài đặt và nêu rõ đây là xác nhận hành động (action attestation), không phải danh tính/PII. Lưu ý người tạo issue đang chờ phản hồi từ maintainer trước bất kỳ PR nào.

Mô tả

Problem Statement

Agent Script already exposes deterministic tool lifecycle hooks (pre_tool_call, post_tool_call, plus before_reasoning / after_reasoning). Teams running agents that can call privileged tools (secrets, remediations, admin actions) still need a host-side proof that an approval gate ran before the tool executed.

Today those hooks can gate and observe, but there is no documented pattern for attaching a signed host-side yes/no attestation to that gate.

Proposed Solution

Document (and optionally sample) AffixIO on pre_tool_call / post_tool_call:

  • pre_tool_call: require AffixIO host-side approval before a privileged tool runs. AffixIO returns a signed yes/no that the action gate completed.
  • post_tool_call: optionally record/attest that the privileged action finished (still action attestation, not identity).

AffixIO proves a host-side action completed (signed yes/no). It is not person/age/KYC. PII stays on the host.

This is a documentation / example ask against the existing hook surface, not a request to embed AffixIO in the runtime.

Alternatives Considered

  • Custom policy only inside pre_tool_call without attestation: works, but no portable signed proof the gate ran.
  • Full AffixIO dialect/runtime wrap: too heavy; Kris/AffixIO prefer a thin hook example over middleware wraps.

Additional Context

Compiler already models pre_tool_call / post_tool_call in the agent DSL. A short docs note or example script showing AffixIO in those callbacks would be enough.

Happy to contribute a minimal example if maintainers want it. Will wait for feedback before any PR.
