not downloading

Start by tracing the download action and queue handling in the app; the issue does not name a source file or test. Reproduce on Cloudstream 4.8.0 with Android 11 and inspect the relevant logcat output. Done means tapping download adds the movie to the queue and starts the download.

Steps to reproduce

Whenever I try to download any movie, it doesn't download.

Expected behavior

When I click on download, the download starts with the text below, but it doesn't download.

Actual behavior

When I try to download any movie, it says "Download started" but there is no download in the queue.
