The warnings come from building the Sphinx docs with sphinx-build -n, so start with the docs directory's configuration and the autodoc-generated API pages. The issue's output block is empty, so first reproduce the build to collect the actual unresolved reference targets. Done means the nitpicky build no longer reports them, or the remaining ones are documented as intentional. No test file or entry point is named.

On building my packages I'm using sphinx-build command with -n switch which shows warmings about missing references. These are not critical issues.
