This issue is part of the epic pyronear/roadmap#11 (End-to-end tests across engine, API and platform).
One simple scenario that runs end to end: fake camera (pyronear/pyro-envdev#29), engine, API, platform. Use the scenario "smoke on one camera" (pyronear/pyro-envdev#51). Check in the API that we get the expected alert: number of alerts, images and crops. Start from the existing tests in tests/.
