Read the referenced replay issues pyronear/pyro-envdev#47 and #49, then inspect the existing scenario storage and test setup in pyro-envdev. Build the first set around the listed alert cases and record each expected alert count, cameras, and location. Done means the scenarios are stored in pyro-envdev with those expected results.

This issue is part of the epic pyronear/roadmap#11 (End-to-end tests across engine, API and platform).
Build the test scenarios from real alerts, using the replay of production alerts (pyronear/pyro-envdev#47, pyronear/pyro-envdev#49). First set: smoke on one camera, no smoke, triangulation with two cameras, triangulation with one camera on two poses (pyronear/pyro-envdev#37), alert lasting more than 2 hours (pyronear/pyro-envdev#39), false positive. Each scenario says what we expect to see on the platform.
