[Bug] Formatting not applying outside of node root

Bắt đầu với các tệp .prettierignore và .prettierrc.json trong buildchain, sau đó so sánh các lệnh đã được ghi lại cho ../cms/app.php và app.php. Tái hiện sự khác biệt bằng các phiên bản Node, Prettier và plugin PHP được liệt kê; hoàn thành khi các tệp PHP bên ngoài root của Node luôn nhận được plugin đã cấu hình và các tùy chọn định dạng.

My projects separates the PHP and Node apps like so

I want to format files in cms using cd buildchain && npx prettier -w .. which I managed to get working using this .prettierignore

../cms/vendor

This works fine with typescript files eg.

It doesn't work for PHP files though

All matched files use Prettier code style!

It does however work fine when the same file is located in buildchain
