documentation sidebar does not display all section headers

The sidebar listing section headers in the documentation often cuts off headers lower on the page -- hiding them behind the "Dash Examples" image link. This makes it hard to determine what topics are documented. Zooming the browser window out is a non obvious workaround. Please offer a way to either scroll to see all the headers or a button to click to show links to all headers.
Here is a sidebar at 100% on a standard, 1080P monitor. Notice that "Facetted subplots" is the final header.
Zooming out to 75% reveals many more headings below "Facetted subplots."
On this particular page, I can see all the headers at 50% zoom, but the complete list is barely legible on a 27" screen. https://plotly.com/python/bar-charts
