The task is to translate the new English migration guide files listed in the issue into French: appendices/migration86.xml, the eight files under appendices/migration86/, and the entry in manual.xml. Compare each file against the English source in the linked php/doc-en commit 894fa67 and follow the conventions of existing French appendices such as the earlier migration guides. Done means all listed files exist in French, manual.xml references the new appendix, and the French docs build without errors.
