Hướng nghiên cứu

The issue is about the pgr_drivingDistance function in pgRouting, which stops at network nodes before reaching the exact driving distance. Look at the source code for pgr_drivingDistance, likely in src/driving_distance/. Understand how the algorithm traverses the graph and where it stops. The goal is to extend it to compute the final point along an edge between two nodes. Check existing tests and documentation for driving distance to see the expected behavior.

Mô tả

drivingDistance Functionality Request

As it is shown in the picture, the pgr_drivingdistance ends at the previous node to the exact driving distance (marked with a red circle).

I mean, I want to know the final point using pgr_drivingdistance from a start point. Normally, this final point is located between two nodes. Is there any way to find those final points?

Thanks in advance.
