Update the stylesheet import to use the log viewer stylesheet from log viewer itself, then document that consumers must import that stylesheet going forward. Confirm both files reflect the new import arrangement and consumer instructions.

After https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/issues/6829 lands we should update the patternfly-docs.css.js file to pull in the log viewer stylesheet from log viewer itself, and update the readme to tell consumers they will need to pull in that stylesheet going forward.
