Start at the ListManager and ColumnManagementModal entry points, then compare their prop types and rendering with BulkSelect's existing i18n label props. Done means consumers can pass the label values through these components and the bulk-select UI uses the localized strings.

Problem

BulkSelect already exposes i18n-friendly label props (selectNoneLabel, selectAllLabel, selectedLabel, selectPageLabel) as of v6.5.0 (#896), but ListManager renders BulkSelect without passing them through. The only related customization on ListManager today is dataListAriaLabel.

As a result, bulk-select UI stays in English ("Select all (N)", "N selected", "Select none (0)") even when the surrounding modal title, description, and actions are translated.

Current behavior

In @patternfly/react-component-groups v6.5.0, ListManager renders:

No selectNoneLabel, selectAllLabel, or selectedLabel props are accepted or forwarded.

ColumnManagementModal also does not expose these props when it wraps ListManager.

Expected behavior

Consumers should be able to localize bulk-select strings without reimplementing ListManager.
