digital envelope routines::initialization error

Bắt đầu với entry npm run start:dev và webpack.dev.js, sau đó tái hiện lỗi bằng lệnh được nêu trong issue. Theo dõi lỗi ERR_OSSL_EVP_UNSUPPORTED qua stack webpack và Node.js được báo cáo. Hoàn tất khi lệnh phát triển chạy xong và cung cấp một build/service hoạt động mà không có lỗi digital envelope.
