The only failing test named is e2e/cli/mod.test.ts, the registry-miss case for an unknown domain. It expects the output to contain 'not found in registry' but gets 'Invalid domain'. Start by reading that test and find where the CLI produces the 'Invalid domain' message. The table lists five other failing cells that the payload does not explain, so confirm which failure is in scope first. Done when the named test passes in the nightly run.
