The report is a Thin-mode connection from Python to a 26ai database that runs select 1 from dual@consultamondb over a link to a 19c server, which fails with ORA-28267 (Invalid NameSpace Value). Start by reproducing with the attached script against a comparable 26ai-to-19c dblink, and check whether the failure is in the driver's authentication or in the server-side link. Done means identifying which side causes ORA-28267 and either fixing the driver path or documenting the required configuration.
