enable qt opengl

Bắt đầu bằng cách truy vết cấu hình build của opencv-python cho GUI Qt và thiết lập được báo cáo là “QT OpenGL support: NO” trong thông tin build được cung cấp. Tái hiện lệnh gọi Python namedWindow và xác minh rằng build kết quả báo cáo hỗ trợ Qt OpenGL và tạo một cửa sổ hỗ trợ OpenGL.
