What happened

After enabling RemoveMacAI to disable Apple Intelligence, Spotlight's built-in Clipboard History feature stops working.

The clipboard history shortcut (Cmd + Space → Cmd + 4) no longer functions as expected.s

Expected Behavior: Spotlight Clipboard History should continue working independently of Apple Intelligence.

Actual Behavior: Clipboard History stops functioning after applying RemoveMacAI.
