The bug is in the Cloudflare Worker that serves nodejs.org, so start with its request routing for /download/docs/ paths, and compare it with the working direct.nodejs.org host. Check the listed directory URLs such as /download/docs/latest-jod/ and /download/docs/v26.13.0/, and the linked issue #1034 for the nightly case. Done means those directory URLs resolve to their api/ content the same way the direct host does.
