Hi all, I'd like to nominate myself as a maintainer of node-core-utils.

I have 14 merged PRs here. Most of the recent ones cut down on dependencies and move to Node.js built-ins.

Dependency reduction and modernization

  • #1165 replace which with spawnSync
  • #1166 remove redundant globals dependency
  • #1168 remove redundant ESLint plugin dependencies
  • #1172 replace Enquirer prompt adapter with Inquirer (v8)
  • #1174 use listr2 figure utilities
  • #1175 bump listr2 to v11
  • #1176 replace cheerio with htmlparser2
  • #1183 replace chalk with util.styleText
  • #1185 exclude debug line break from styling
  • #1186 replace ora with yocto-spinner

git-node land

  • #286 message to do rebase/am before final
  • #288 simplify PR wait time to 48 hours
  • #289 typo correction
  • #290 wait time for PR with single approval
