The report is a CITGM canary failure of the multer module, not a named change in citgm itself. Reproduce via .github/workflows/test-module.yml (or local citgm) on Ubuntu with Node 26; the hang is multer test/abort-flush-fd-race.js (_removeFile never fires). Done is a documented skip/workaround in citgm if that is policy, or an upstream multer fix—this issue does not point at a citgm source file to edit.
