Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently loading a page that contains text or a note in the Android notes app gets the js for all reference providers. This in turn pulls in large parts of the apps assets and in particular core-common.js - resulting in so many js assets that they cannot be cached in a webview.
Describe the solution you'd like
Rather than relying on a minimal js being served by all the apps - only load the js for a given preview when there is one being rendered in the page.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Add the async loading entry point in all apps defining a reference provider. That would be much more places that need to be touched and it would rely on every app dev getting it right.
Additional context
This is mostly a problem in the notes app for android.
