Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a note
  2. Share it with a person or a group
  3. As the person or group it has been shared with: try to see it in your notes app (web interface)
Expected behaviour

The shared note should be shown in the list of notes at persons or groups it has been shared with

Actual behaviour

Shared notes don't show up at the recipient(s) of the share.
We narrowed it down to the following:
In your global personal settings (Settings => Sharing => Set default folder for accepted shares) you can customize the path under which files shared with you should appear.
Sharing of notes happens through sharing of *.md files.
If the recipient of the share has cusomized his/her sharing path, shared notes *.md files will show up at the customized sharing path (verifyable in the files app), but the notes app seem to expect them in its own folder (/Notes) and will not see them in the customized sharing path.
As soon as the recipient of the share will as a workaround move them to the /Notes folder the Notes app will see and display them.
This behavior seem to only occur if the personal sharing path has been customized to other than /
